Clean cut bandsaw | Woodworking Talk

Feb 18, 2014·The blade you are using can make a difference. You do not state the tpi, or blade type. Even the best blade design for whatever you are cutting will not be a smooth cut on a bandsaw. May 15, 2018·I'm shopping for a bandsaw. I want a good one. I've narrowed down my choices to; Laguna 14Twelve, and Hare & Forbes BP-355 The Laguna is at the very top of budget. The H&F is cheaper, but physically bigger in footprint. But sometime price doesn't equate to quality. I've read dozens of reviews of many bandsaws and these two have come out as the ...

Bandsaw Spring and other Upgrades - Sawmill Creek

Jan 21, 2019·When tensioning a bandsaw blade there has to be gaps in between the spring coils at any given tension. I don't give a hoot what the tension meter says, if there is no gap between the spring coils, you're bandsaw is "solid" and well on the way to be broken. Review of the Woodslicer bandsaw blade - WOW!

Feb 26, 2010·About a week ago, I asked for some help improving the smoothness of the pieces coming off my Laguna LT14SE bandsaw.
